2FIT1 is a specialized meal planning and health management tool designed for use under the supervision of a qualified nutrition counselor. Access to the platform is restricted and can only be activated through an authorized professional, ensuring privacy and adherence to personalized health plans. Users log in to 2FIT1 using credentials provided by their counselor during the initial setup of their web-based cloud account.

Within the system, personalized meal plans, grocery lists, daily caloric intake goals, and weight management objectives are configured by the counselor on the web platform and subsequently synchronized with the 2FIT1 mobile application. These nutritional and weight control targets include specifics such as daily calorie limits, target weight, BMI, macronutrient distribution, and other pertinent health metrics aimed at promoting overall wellness and sustainable habits.

Operationally, upon logging into the 2FIT1 app, users can view their tailored daily meal plans, generate grocery lists, record food intake and physical activities to monitor calories consumed and expended, and compare these data points against the benchmarks established by their counselor. The platform's cloud-based system allows users to log entries via a web portal as well, ensuring that all data remains synchronized across devices. This continuous data flow facilitates ongoing monitoring by nutrition professionals to support adherence and adjust plans as needed.

Furthermore, 2FIT1 integrates with wearable devices such as Fitbit and Apple Watch to enhance activity tracking. Users can synchronize their devices with their profiles, enabling automatic recording of steps and caloric expenditure. For Apple Watch users, activation of the “Enable Apple Watch Sync” option within Settings > Optional optimizes real-time data sharing. This seamless integration helps users maintain accurate records of daily activity levels, supplementing nutritional tracking with comprehensive physical activity insights.
